Corporate Tools is hiring a Remote Corporate Filing Specialist. You will be doing transactional corporate filings in every jurisdiction. From forming an LLC in Idaho to amending a nonprofit corporation in Illinois to merging two corporations in Florida, you will help thousands of businesses navigate the corporate formalities of starting and maintaining a business...
Your background could be that of a title company, paralegal, legal assistant, or anything really that deals with paperwork and data entry. BUT we need you to enjoy talking to clients, emailing with them, and not just working on legal documents. Excellent customer service is important to us! We work for a lot of lawyers so itÂs helpful for us to hire people that are used to the way lawyers talk. We also work with a lot of end clients that donÂt have any clue about business registrations and need us to talk to them in a way that makes a complicated business registration process easy for them to understand.

Shifts:
Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 6:00PM PST (9:00am-9:00pm EST) Flexible 8 hour schedule within those time frames

Responsibilities:
 Be knowledgeable of and responsible for: forming new companies, registering businesses and filing annual corporate compliance events
 Troubleshooting issues with state forms and processes
 Helping customers and internal associates with filing related questions
Requirements:
 Interest and ability to learn and master the intricacies of business formations and compliance
 Strong customer service skills, clear and concise communicator
 Organized, detailed and inquisitive
 Self motivated, independent learner and critical thinker
 Collaborative and coachable
 Strong computer skills, job duties are performed almost 100% online
