The Role
We are searching for a highly motivated Capital Markets Associate to drive key financing initiatives that fuel the growth of a rapidly expanding solar energy portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong financial background and a commitment to advancing the renewable energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:
 Secure third-party capital through construction debt, term debt, tax equity financing, and specialty financial products.
 Evaluate project acquisitions and M&A opportunities through robust financial modeling.
 Develop and implement standardized financial modeling and valuation procedures across teams.
 Build and maintain relationships with investors, investment banks, and tax equity partners.
 Oversee the due diligence process for financing transactions and potential investments.
 Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy in project data and financing assumptions.
 Prepare impactful presentations for quarterly board and investor meetings.
 Provide financial and risk analysis support to development, construction, and asset management teams.
What WeÂre Looking For:
 2-5 years of experience in clean tech, energy, or related sectors (solar experience preferred).
 Investment Banking experience (2-5 years) highly valued.
 BachelorÂs degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
 Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Self-motivated, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in MS Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
