What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Address member and provider inquiries received through the employer's customer service lines
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and resolving member/provider needs
• Document call details accurately for tracking member/provider contacts
• Identify and communicate trends related to service issues within the organization
• Escalate member/provider concerns and service issues as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or advanced education is desirable
• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing inbound call center setting
• Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent typing skills and data entry capabilities
• Commitment to understanding and executing corporate and departmental policies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with health insurance products
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare services
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
• Experience in a role that required clear and concise documentation
