 Verify and update patient insurance information and demographic data
 Provide information about clinic services and address patient inquiries to resolve issues
 Assist in Health Information Systems (HIS) tasks and outreach projects
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Completion of a high school certificate or equivalent
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
 Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
 Ability to work variable evening shifts and hours
 Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in English
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Prior telephonic customer service experience
 Experience in a healthcare setting
 Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), Vietnamese, or Spanish
 Ability to maintain a positive environment while working with diverse cultures
