URGENT Transaction Coordinator Needed ($500/month + bonus)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transactions Manager to oversee all real estate transactions from contract to close. This role is vital in ensuring seamless coordination between buyers, sellers, title companies, and internal teams. $500-$800/month + bonus.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and update all transaction files in real-time using Salesforce and Google Drive.
-Coordinate with title companies to ensure proper documentation and smooth closings.
-Support the dispositions team by preparing marketing materials and uploading property details to platforms (Craigslist, Facebook, MLS).
-Provide property comps and data (ARV, MAO, mortgage info) within 30 minutes of lead conversion.
-Maintain and update the buyers list and buyer tracker aligned with target markets.
-Managing and networking with realtor partnership.

-Experience in real estate transaction coordination or a similar role.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Google Drive, Redfin, Zillow, and REI Automator.
-Clear, professional communication and attention to detail.
-Familiarity with real estate marketing and basic property valuation.
