Position: Telemarketing & Sales Executive [ WORK FROM HOME ]
Key Responsibilities:
• Take Inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers across various industries to introduce and explain our services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Webzo Technologies' Website Development solutions.
• Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and provide information about our services to generate interest.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and appointment bookings in the CRM system.
• Researching information as required.
• Work closely with the Website Development and marketing team to improve to Complete the Project On time.
• Should able to handle Escalation calls
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to explain Our Website Development Services to non-technical clients.
• Should be able to talk in English and Hindi for effective communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic Email writing skills for documentation & Sales Proposal
