Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.
Conduct research and compile reports as required by the management team.
Assist in the coordination of events, both internal and external.
Required Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
