Hi, Hope you are doing well I have an urgent opening of OCI Engineer at remote role Position Type: Contract Location: Remote, United States Description: This is a 6-month contract, fully remote (with occasional travel up to 25%...expenses Paid), and we're looking for a hands-on technical leader who can step in quickly and make an impact. Role Overview Title: Infrastructure Engineering Manager Type: 6-Month Contract Location: Fully Remote Travel: Occasional (up to 25%) Availability: Immediately Key Focus Areas • Technical leadership across OCI and Google Cloud Platform • Oversight of enterprise-scale relational, cloud-native, NoSQL, and in-memory databases • Stabilizing and optimizing production environments • Leading incident response, RCA, and remediation • Driving automation, monitoring, runbooks, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives Required Experience • 10+ years in Infrastructure & Database Engineering • 3+ years in a leadership or manager-level role • Strong hands-on experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and Google Cloud Platform • Deep knowledge of both: • Firestore (collections, sub-collections, security rules) • Redis (data types, persistence, sentinel/cluster modes) • Experience with on-prem to cloud database migrations • Proficiency with CI/CD, monitoring, and IaC Number of years of Exp with with OCI, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and Redis Nice to Have (not required) • Experience leading database modernization initiatives • DevOps / SRE operating model familiarity • Master's degree Regards, Nitin Gupta Team Lead-Recruitment ShiftCode Analytics Inc., 5118 Sylvester loop Tampa, Florida 33610 Direct: Email:Apply Now
