Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Consultant for a client-facing advisory role focused on driving DevOps implementation within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will leverage deep expertise in the ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity module to transform client processes, secure stakeholder buy-in, and design automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Act as the primary consultant to define the value proposition of ServiceNow DevOps, securing client buy-in.
ā¢ Lead workshops to re-engineer, design, and implement automated Standard/Normal Change models aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
ā¢ Configure ServiceNow DevOps/Change Velocity for pilot scopes, including automated change creation/updates from pipeline events.
ā¢ Drive implementation from a business process perspective, bridging the gap between DevOps teams and ITSM governance.
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ Extensive experience with ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity module.
ā¢ Strong client-facing consulting experience (workshops, stakeholder management, advisory).
ā¢ Proven ability to translate business needs into technical configurations, specifically within CI/CD environments.
