Job Summary:IntellaTriage is urgently hiring a Remote RN Healthcare Advocate for a role based in Mesa, AZ. As a part of this position, you will assist patients remotely, providing critical healthcare advocacy services, helping patients navigate the complexities of their healthcare plans, and offering emotional support along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a healthcare advocate, providing guidance to patients on managing their health conditions and navigating healthcare systems
Deliver medical advice and emotional support over the phone, ensuring the continuity of patient care
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients are receiving appropriate care and treatment
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Location Requirements:This remote position is available for applicants located in the U.S., including those in Mesa, AZ. Applicants must have a private, quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection to conduct remote healthcare support effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license (valid in any U.S. state)
At least one year of clinical nursing experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
