Position: English Tutor (5 openings) Grade Levels: K8 (Elementary to Middle School) Subjects: English Language Arts (ELA), Reading, Writing Work Type: Remote | 1:1 Online Tutoring (US Students) Role Overview We are hiring experienced English Tutors to provide one‑on‑one online tutoring sessions to students in the United States, from Kindergarten to Grade 8. Tutors must have a strong command of the Common Core Curriculum, solid knowledge of phonics instruction, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage young learners. Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging, one‑on‑one ELA tutoring sessions aligned with the US Common Core Curriculum. • Teach and reinforce phonics skills for early and developing readers. • Support students in reading, writing, and overall language development. • Tailor instruction to meet individual student needs and learning styles. • Maintain accurate records of sessions and student progress. Qualifications • Hold a bachelors degree in English or a related subject. • Demonstrate English proficiency (IELTS 7.5 or TOEFL iBT 100 equivalent). • Pass Rev Preps subject matter assessments and background checks. • Complete mandatory training programs. Work Schedule (IST) Sunday: 8:30 PM 5:30 AM Monday to Thursday: 12:00 AM 9:00 AM Requirements • Minimum 36 years of teaching/tutoring experience. • Prior experience with the Common Core Curriculum is mandatory. • Experience teaching phonics, especially to early‑grade students. • Excellent communication skills. • Must own a laptop with an i5/i7 processor, stable Wi‑Fi, and power backup.
