What You Will Do...
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, account management, and issue resolution.
Utilize empathy and problem-solving skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Accurately document all interactions and follow company procedures for issue escalation when necessary.
Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Prior customer service experience in a call center or similar environment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
