UPS Program Management Sup I - Remote

UPS is looking for a proactive and organized Program Management Supervisor I to lead the management and delivery of key programs within the organization. This is a remote position that requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive success across multiple initiatives.

The Program Management Supervisor I will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and completion of enterprise programs aligned with UPS’s strategic priorities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop detailed program plans, manage resources and budgets, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

As a remote team member, you will facilitate communication across business units, provide status updates to senior leadership, and ensure all program objectives are met within the defined scope and timeline. Your ability to coordinate multiple projects, anticipate challenges, and adapt quickly will be essential to the role’s success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in program or project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira
- PMP certification is an advantage but not required
- Eligibility to work remotely within the United States

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise multiple programs from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals and deliverables
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Track program performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Foster effective communication across teams and external partners
- Ensure compliance with UPS policies and standards
