As a UPS Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving any equipment or service issues to ensure optimal performance of UPS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Β Perform regular preventive maintenance and repair of UPS systems at customer sites.
Β Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues for UPS equipment.
Β Provide on-site technical support and respond to emergency service calls.
Β Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to any UPS-related issues.
Β Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and work performed.
Β Collaborate with other team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Β Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Β Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Β Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems or similar electrical equipment.
Β Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Β Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally.
Β Ability to work in various environments and conditions.
Β Valid driverΒs license with a clean driving record.
