UPS is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Assistants. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding UPS services, policies, and procedures.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to provide consistent and high-quality customer service.
Stay updated on UPS products, services, and system changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist with tracking and tracing packages, processing claims, and other customer service tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
