Unpaid Copywriting Internship at Job Squad

Fully Remote
Part-time (15-20h/week) or Full-time (40h/week)
Minimum 3-month internship (preferably 5–6 months)

What You’ll Be Doing …
This is more than an internship, you’ll be a real part of the team. Working closely with our website manager and marketing team, you’ll help shape our voice across platforms by:
Writing blogs that inform, inspire, and attract
Creating and editing job descriptions with flair
Supporting our social media team with captions and creative copy
Assisting with website and internal content updates
Contributing ideas to improve our tone, reach, and content quality
Requirements …
Fluent in English (minimum B2) + one other EU language
Studying or recently completed a degree in marketing, communication, or similar
Comfortable working with content across digital platforms
Detail-oriented with strong writing skills and creativity
You Are …
A creative, flexible self-starter who loves writing
Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Interested in marketing, branding, and recruitment
Not afraid to question the status quo and bring fresh perspectives
