Position: Higher Education Professional
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45$65/hour
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to academic content institutional policy and higher education operations.
ā¢ Create realistic scenarios based on university workflows such as admissions decisions tenure review grant administration curriculum development and accreditation processes.
ā¢ Annotate label and validate data across higher education use cases including student advising course planning and institutional research.
ā¢ Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in academic writing pedagogical reasoning and compliance with education regulations like FERPA and Title IX.
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for education-domain AI.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 3 years of professional experience in a higher education institution (e.g. R1 university liberal arts college community college system or equivalent).
ā¢ Background in one or more areas such as faculty roles academic administration student affairs research administration or accreditation.
ā¢ Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate academic workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
ā¢ Clear written communication and attention to detail.
