Key Duties & Responsibilities
Seeking a Unified Communications & Collaboration Contractor with advanced technical expertise in digital workplace technologies, modern collaboration tools, and emerging solutions like Generative AI and XR.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Support & implement enterprise-level communication platforms: MS Teams, Zoom, Webex.
ā¢ Manage & optimize videoconferencing and telepresence (TMS, Pexip).
ā¢ Handle live events & webinars (Teams Townhall, Zoom).
ā¢ Secure & manage Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard).
ā¢ Deploy & configure digital signage platforms (Appspace).
ā¢ Explore & implement Generative AI solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI).
ā¢ Build automation workflows via low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate).
ā¢ Support MR/AR/VR (Hololens, Guides, Remote Assist), including content creation.
Required Skills
ā¢ Unified communication platforms: MS Teams, Zoom, Webex.
ā¢ Videoconferencing/telepresence: TMS, Pexip.
ā¢ Webinar/live event management.
ā¢ Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
ā¢ Digital signage solutions (Appspace).
