The Utilization Management Coordinator will make sure our health services are administered efficiently and effectively. You'll assess and interpret member needs and identify solutions that will help our members live healthier lives. This is an inspiring job at a truly inspired organization. Responsibilities • Determine the appropriateness of inpatient services following evaluation of medical guidelines and benefit determination • Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems • Translate concepts into practice • Act as a resource for others; provide explanations and information on difficult issues Requirements • Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Idaho • 3+ years of Medicaid and LTSS experience • Intermediate skills with MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with proficient ability to navigate in a Windows environment • Willing to work weekends and holidays, on rotation • Designated workspace and access to high-speed internet in home • Resident of Idaho Nice-to-haves • Certified Case Manager (CCM) • Utilization Management Experience • Case Management Experience • Background in managed care • Bilingual - Spanish/English or other language specific to market and region Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Incentive and recognition programs • Equity stock purchase • 401k contribution Apply tot his job
