UKG Package Specialist - GoAhead Solutions

GoAhead Solutions has an immediate need for a UKG Package Specialist(remote). This would be a Six month contract to start out with extension. This would position is fully remote. Job Description: -UKG(Ultimate Kronos Group) Lead API Consultant with strong functional expertise in UKG WFM(Workforce Management) Pro -Lead integration efforts to integrate UKG Pro with internal and external systems. -Translate business requirements into API specifications, data contracts, and integration workflows. -Build scalable, secure, and reusable API solutions. -Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with vendor, product and relevant stakeholders. -Optimize API calls for efficiency and reliability. -Continuously improve existing API solutions based on feedback and system performance. -Work with Azure/Databricks middleware tools and similar platforms as needed for integrations. -Solution Design and Technical Consulting. -Provide guidance on UKG s API capabilities, limitations and best practices. -Partner with UKG and IBM to provide fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal integration approaches. -Review Design and coordinate approvals with UKG, technical team, business stakeholders. -Partner with Product, Project Management and Vendors in planning and ensuring UKG specific deliverables are on track. -UKG Certifications preferred. -AI/ML exposure would be a nice to have.
