UI/UX Designer – Warehouse Applications

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to modernize warehouse and operational applications by creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve usability and onboarding experiences. The role involves working closely with warehouse leadership, business users, and development teams to understand workflows and recommend design improvements.

This position requires strong soft skills, as the candidate must confidently suggest modernization changes while respectfully collaborating with long-tenured development teams. The role also includes on-site warehouse visits to observe workflows and gather user feedback.

Key Responsibilities
• Design modern and intuitive UI/UX solutions for warehouse applications.
• Conduct workflow analysis, user research, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and stakeholders.
• Improve onboarding and operational efficiency through better user experiences.
• Participate in warehouse visits to understand business processes and user needs.

Required Skills
• Experience in UI/UX design for enterprise or operational applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance assertiveness with diplomacy while driving modernization efforts.

Work Arrangement
• Onshore candidates only (Local or Remote within the U.S.)
• Ability to travel to warehouse locations as needed.
