UI/UX Designer Needed for Website Refresh + Form / User Flow Improvements

We are looking for a UI/UX designer to improve the design, layout, and usability of a web app. The main focus is to refresh the overall visual style of the website and redesign several core forms and user flows. You will collaborate directly with our front-end developer, who will handle implementation. We are keeping product details private for now and will share more information with selected candidates. The project includes: • Redesigning key web forms for desktop and mobile • Improving user flow and overall UX clarity • Updating layout, spacing, hierarchy, and readability • Refreshing visual style to create a clean and modern look • Ensuring responsive design across devices • Delivering Figma designs and components for developer handoffThe initial scope is estimated at four to six weeks, with potential for additional work if the fit is strong.Your responsibilities will include: • Reviewing current pages and form flow • Identifying UX issues and recommending improvements • Creating wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs • Improving layout consistency and visual structure • Defining component styles such as buttons, inputs, typography, colors, and spacing • Providing responsive variations • Communicating with our front-end developer during implementation We are looking for someone with: • At least three years of UI/UX experience • A portfolio that includes form and flow redesign work • Strong Figma skills • Experience designing for web applications, not just marketing sites • Clear communication and the ability to explain design decisions • Comfort working with developers and providing structured handoff Nice-to-have experience includes: • SaaS or dashboard UI design • Accessibility and usability knowledge • Healthcare-related UX experience, although not required To apply, please share the following: • A short introduction • Two or three relevant UI/UX projects, preferably showing form or flow redesigns • A brief description of your design process • Your availability and hourly rate More details about the product will be shared privately with shortlisted applicants.Apply tot his job
