Location- Remote
Role Summary
Looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in ecommerce and transactional product design, specifically around checkout and payment experiences across web and mobile platforms. Candidate should have expertise in design systems, accessibility, and enterprise collaboration.
Must-Have Skills
ā¢ Ecommerce & Transactional UX
ā¢ Experience designing checkout, payment, and transaction flows
ā¢ Focus on conversion optimization, error reduction, and usability
ā¢ Design Systems & Frameworks
ā¢ Hands-on with Microsoft Fluent UI
ā¢ Exposure to React / Angular component-based design
ā¢ Accessibility
ā¢ Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards
ā¢ Experience designing accessible and inclusive UI
ā¢ Design Tools
ā¢ Expert in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems)
ā¢ Exposure to tools like Miro / Adobe Suite is a plus
ā¢ User Research & Validation
ā¢ Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user research
ā¢ Data-driven design decision making
Experience Required
ā¢ 5+ years in UI/UX design (web/mobile) and overall 10+ years.
ā¢ Proven experience delivering user-centered digital products
ā¢ Strong collaboration with Product Managers & Engineers
ā¢ Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Good to Have
ā¢ Experience with enterprise-scale applications
ā¢ Knowledge of responsive/adaptive design, localization, and performance
ā¢ Exposure to developer-facing / API-driven products
ā¢ Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design ownership
