Roles & Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis
ā¢ Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies
ā¢ Analyze user behavior, requirements, and pain points
ā¢ Create user personas, user journeys, and experience maps
UX Design
ā¢ Design intuitive and user-centered experiences
ā¢ Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
ā¢ Define information architecture and interaction design
ā¢ Ensure accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG)
UI Design
ā¢ Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces
ā¢ Create high-fidelity mockups and design systems
ā¢ Define typography, color palettes, icons, and layouts
ā¢ Maintain brand consistency across applications
Prototyping & Testing
ā¢ Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
ā¢ Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
ā¢ Iterate designs based on user testing and stakeholder input
UI Development
ā¢ Translate designs into responsive user interfaces
ā¢ Develop UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue
ā¢ Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
ā¢ Optimize UI performance and responsiveness
Collaboration & Communication
ā¢ Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
ā¢ Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
ā¢ Present design concepts and rationale to teams and leadership
Design Systems & Documentation
ā¢ Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
ā¢ Document design guidelines, patterns, and standards
ā¢ Ensure scalability and consistency across products
Accessibility & Standards
ā¢ Apply accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
ā¢ Ensure inclusive design for diverse user groups
ā¢ Follow usability and UX best practices
Continuous Improvement
ā¢ Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
ā¢ Analyze user feedback and product metrics
ā¢ Continuously refine and improve user experiences
Optional / Senior-Level Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead UX strategy and design direction
ā¢ Mentor junior designers and UI developers
ā¢ Drive design thinking workshops
ā¢ Define and evolve company-wide design standards
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
ā¢ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or UI Developer
ā¢ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
ā¢ Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
ā¢ Experience with prototyping and usability testing
ā¢ Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for UI development roles)
ā¢ Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (preferred)
ā¢ Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
ā¢ Experience working with design systems and component libraries
ā¢ Strong communication and collaboration skills
ā¢ Ability to present design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Key Skills & Tools

Prototyping: Figma, Axure, Marvel
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (for UI developers)
