Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Key, you will translate high-level requirements into interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user interfaces that deliver an optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities







Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and more.Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the visual and UX goals.Conduct user research, and usability testing, and analyze feedback to optimize and iterate on designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design vision is executed properly.Maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all platforms.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure designs are current and innovative.
Qualifications








Bachelors degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.3-4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and thought process.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.Experience working with responsive and mobile-first design.Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have


Experience in motion design, animations, or interactive design.Familiarity with agile development processes.Basic knowledge of accessibility standards.
