This is a super-flexible, low-commitment role for 5-10 hours a month. We're looking for a creative and analytical powerhouse to help us with:Application Workflow Optimization: You'll dive deep into our application, identifying and eliminating friction to create a seamless and efficient user experience.Creative Promotion: We're looking for innovative ideas to showcase our application's features and benefits to a wider audience.Compact & Efficient UI for Mechanics: This is your chance to shine. You'll be tasked with making our UI more compact, intuitive, and efficient for our core users on the factory floor. Think "mechanic-proof" design that's both powerful and easy to use.Who you are:A UI/UX designer with a killer portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and user-centric design approach.A pro with Figma, or your design weapon of choice.A self-starter who can run with a brief and make it sing. You're not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.A great communicator who can articulate your design decisions and collaborate effectively with our team.Experience in B2B/SaaS is a huge plus.
