UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Product Designer with strong expertise in usability and proven experience collaborating with technical teams.This role focuses on designing and improving innovative product features, building and maintaining a comprehensive component library, and documenting all aspects in detail, including use cases, guidelines (do's and don'ts), state descriptions, and more.As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, solving, and delivering innovative solutions that shape the product's direction, visual identity, and user experience.Work closely with Design & Dev Teams on desktop/mobile interfaces;Collaborate with internal teams to define and provide proper solutions;Understanding of web & mobile app development and general project management practices;Assist in implementing a branding strategy, and improve/enhance collateral within brand guidelines;Creating wireframes, POCs, and clickable prototypes with interactions between frames; Perform other related duties as assigned.Researching and Analysing possible UX issues with further suggestions/solutions for improvement.At least 3 years of relevant experience in product teams in a role that blends both UX and UIPortfolio showing real products, complex problems, and solved solutions for desktop and mobile web interfacesFigma as the main toolWireframing tools knowledge: Miro/Figjam + the ability to think big, go beyond just wireframes, and consider the whole experienceFocus on user experience user testing sessions, inner team reviews, refinement sessions, etc.Ability to analyze and structure requirements, suggest enhancements, and provide solutionsStrong understanding of the 8-point grid and 12-col grid, DRY and KISS principles, components structure, features, and limitations of desktop/mobile platforms;Experience in the workflow organization process, Jira will be the main tool for this;Understanding how to achieve design consistency in the projects;Basic HTML & CSS knowledge, understanding of responsive and adaptive behavior;Strong willingness to cooperate in the team and adapt to existing team rules and processes;Upper-intermediate English (ability to speak clearly and to understand everything in the calls)
