Position: UI/UX Designer Location: 100% Remote Contract: 12+ Months Contract Job Description About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4-7 years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform business goals and user insights into user-centered designs that deliver both seamless functionality and outstanding user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design objectives. • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs. • Ensure design consistency across platforms and adherence to brand guidelines. • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance product experiences. • Present design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders for review and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. • Experience conducting user research and usability testing. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • A strong portfolio showcasing design process and impactful design outcomes.
