This means staying up to date with the latest trends in AI-driven design, experimenting with new tools, and thinking critically about how AI is reshaping user behavior, interfaces, and expectations. Passive usage isn’t enough. We’re looking for curious minds who treat AI as a creative partner, not just a shortcut.Due to the nature of our projects, we are looking for candidates who are open to regular short business trips (e.g. weekly) or a temporary relocation (for a few months) to the Middle East. All travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered by the company. We also provide full logistical and organizational support.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesConvert wireframes and existing visual guidelines into high-fidelity, production ready user interfacesMaintain and extend the design system in cooperation with senior designersWork closely with UX designers, developers, researchers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and consistencyPresent design solutions to clients, gather feedback, and adjust as necessaryPrepare specifications, interactive prototypes, and hand-off documentation for developmentSupport junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharingYour Profile & Skills Required2+ years of experience in UI design (mid-level); 5+ years for senior roles with a portfolio of completed projectsSolid command of layout, grid systems, typography, color theory, and component-based designAI-First Mindset and Design ApproachProficiency in Figma and familiarity with design tokens and auto-layoutEnglish level B2+/C1 for clear written and spoken communicationStrong attention to detail and commitment to meeting accessibility and responsiveness standardsAbility to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design solutionsWillingness to travel or temporarily relocate (Middle East)Nice to HavesSkills in motion design, illustration, 3D, or animationBasic knowledge of HTML/CSSWhat do we offer? 7 000 - 15 000 PLN net (mid), 15 000 - 20 000 PLN net (senior) Flexible work mode (100% remote, office or mix) Private healthcare (Enel-Med) ⚽ Co-financing of Multisport card Possibility to work from our modern office (WeWork Mennica Legacy Tower) ‍ Apple equipment ‍ Regular Knowledge Sharing meetups & workshops Access to our educational library Regular team meetups and partiesOriginally posted on Himalayas
