UGC & Influencer Marketing Manager
Role Type: Full-Time Location: Remote/Hybrid Comp: $80,000 to $120,000 + bonus Cove is one of the fastest-growing lifestyle apparel brands in the U.S., scaling toward $200M–$300M annually. Our UGC engine is already built and producing winners — now we’re hiring a Director of UGC & Creator Content to take it to the next level. This role is for a performance-driven creative leader who knows how to scale an existing UGC program, expand creator pipelines, and generate high-volume, high-converting content that unlocks spend on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’re not starting from zero. You’re inheriting a system that works — and your job is to pour fuel on it. You Will: • Scale our existing UGC machine from strong → world-class • Grow our creator roster and manage high-performing talent • Develop hooks, scripts, and angles that convert • Lead editors + freelancers to deliver ad-ready content fast • Partner with paid media to increase testing velocity & find new winners • Produce 500–1000+ high-quality assets weekly across a range of formats You Are: • Highly Experienced in UGC, creator partnerships, or performance creative • Comfortable operating in $50M–$300M+ DTC environments • Familiar with ad accounts spending $20K–$100K+/day • Obsessed with creative performance, data, and iteration • Strong at systems, workflows, and scaling what already works Why Cove? • Hyper-growth brand with a cult following • A creative-first culture where UGC directly drives revenue • Massive upside for someone who knows how to scale a proven machine • Direct impact on performance, spend volume, and brand direction Apply Now: If you’re a UGC leader who wants to operate at scale — and build one of the strongest performance creative engines in DTC — we want to talk.
