Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a UGC Content Creator + Marketer. The UGC Content Creator + Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to engage students and parents. Day-to-day tasks include researching and producing user-generated graphics and videos, managing social media campaigns, writing marketing copy, analyzing engagement metrics, and working cross-functionally with the team to align content with brand goals.
The individual will also lead efforts to foster relationships with students or families to source meaningful testimonials and success stories.
Qualifications
• Content Creation: Experience in creating engaging user-generated content (UGC), including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Social Media Skills: Proficiency in managing social media accounts, planning campaigns, and tracking digital engagement metrics.
• Writing and Editing: Demonstrable skills in crafting compelling marketing copy, proofreading, and maintaining brand voice consistency.
• Strategic Planning: Strong content strategy, audience targeting, and campaign planning capabilities.
• Collaboration and Communication: Effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities to align with organizational goals.
• Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with analytics tools, video editing platforms, and prior experience in education or test prep marketing would be advantageous.
