UGC Content Creator

Job Summary We are seeking creative and driven UGC Content Creators to support Brainly’s marketing team! This person is responsible for creating, warming up, managing, and posting to a TikTok account dedicated to talking about Brainly. Responsibilities: • Create a TikTok account dedicated to the posting of Brainly content • Create and post 5-7 original videos per week • Help foster an active, positive community by engaging with followers • Incorporate trending sounds, formats, memes, and educational content • Research trends, similar content, and audience preferences • Suggest creative ideas for campaigns or series (e.g., study tips, relatable student life content) • Comment on relevant videos/posts, reply to comments • Repost, duet, or stitch with trending content or creators in the education space. Required qualifications: • 1 year of creating social media content for TikTok, preferable for a U.S. Gen Z audience • Knowledge of best practices for social media engagement (hashtags, timing, captions) • Active personal or professional social media presence with examples of original content • Familiarity with social media posting, either personal or brand-related • Strong understanding of social media trends and culture, especially TikTok and Instagram • Ability to write engaging, concise captions and comments tailored for Gen Z audiences • Creative thinker: consistently brings fresh, fun ideas to the table • Self-starter: able to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative • Reliable communicator: responsive via email or chat, and open to feedback • Passionate about social media and how it can be used for learning and connection Preferred qualifications: • Current college student or recent graduate • Collaborative mindset: enjoys brainstorming and sharing ideas with a team • Enthusiastic about education and helping students succeed • Curious and eager to grow skills in digital marketing or content strategy • Experience managing or contributing to a brand or student organization’s social media • Prior freelance or part-time work in marketing, content creation, or social media management • Awareness of educational trends or content in the edtech or student life space Why work with Brainly?
