UA Manager (Meta)

As UA Manager for Meta you will be a key player in our marketing department, responsible for devising and executing strategies to acquire new users for our application from web and app traffic. Your role will be vital in expanding our customer base, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring the continued success of our product. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to shape the company's user acquisition strategy and contribute to our overall growth. Responsibilities A strong understanding of Facebook algorithms (optimization & creative testing) Effectively managing and scaling Meta campaigns, make data-driven decisions to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CR Efficiently managing a budget of $50-100k+ daily Creating hypotheses for testing new setups of creatives and audiences Working closely with the creative team and product team Making regular reports on campaign performance We expect that you have 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, with a proven track record of driving growth for both web and app products Experience in the Health & Fitness industry, with strong knowledge of the market and audience Successful management of UA campaigns on Meta (experience with TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc., is a plus) with budgets from $500k/month in competitive verticals Deep understanding of how to scale marketing spend Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI tools, including the ability to set up and optimize automation workflows Strong understanding of performance metrics (LTV, ROAS, cohorts, etc) English level B2 (both written and spoken) Why working at Zing is awesome Be part of the fastest-growing fitness and lifestyle startup Help shape the internal engine of one of the most exciting AI consumer product Excellent work environment: the company is small enough to be person-oriented Remote-friendly environment with the option to collaborate in-person Come be a part of something extraordinary at Zing AI Coach – where innovation meets inspiration, and every day brings new opportunities for growth and impact.
