Typing Work Work From Home ( Remote)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Typing Work Work From Home ( Remote). This is a part-time position working in our corporate office in Baltimore, Maryland.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other financial documents.
Organize and maintain financial records.
Assist with basic accounting tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or finance role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Quick Books experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.
Schedule
This is a part-time position.
The hours are 25-30 per week.
Monday to Friday
