TPAPT, a national consortium of over 12,000 locally owned and operated Tutoring & College Advising Programs, is seeking an in-person Math Tutor to work with students in the West University, TX area. Candidates will be responsible for providing quality in-person tutoring to students studying Algebra I, II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. You will work closely with students to... understand their unique learning styles and create customized lesson plans that support their individual academic goals. Location: West University Place, TX Compensation: $25-$50/hr Classification: Contract (1099) Tutoring Type: In-home, 60 minute lessons Responsibilities • Provide in-person tutoring sessions to students in grades 6-12 math classes • Create lesson plans for individual students. • Administer practice sets and evaluate student progress. • Collaborate with students' families to keep them apprised of student progress. • Maintain accurate records of session details, scores, and student progress. Requirements • At least Junior Year standing at a 4 year degree granting college our university.
