Position โ how youโll contributeAnalysis and resolution of incidents escalated from L2 Support (3rd line support)Diagnosing application issues using logs, monitoring tools, and debugging techniquesReproducing defects and identifying root causes (application, database, integrations, configuration, user behavior)Implementing changes in subordinate systemsQualifications:Expectations โ the experience you needMinimum 2 years of experience in an Application Support / L2 Support role or similar, in high-availability production environmentsHands-on experience with Kubernetes: deploying applications, updates and troubleshootingExperience in Linux environment administration (Rocky / RedHat / Debian)Good knowledge of a TCP / IP protocol stackKnowledge of Gitlab CI/CDKnowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. bash, perl, python)Knowledge of SQL and experience in SQL database administration (MySQL, PostreSql)English and Polish language at a level that allows for easy communication and creating documentationAvailability to work in shift mode / on-call / 24x7Additional skills โ the edge you haveExperience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible or Terraform)Knowledge of VoIP protocols and LTE / 5G / IMS network architecturesAdditional Information:Our offer โ professional development, personal growth:Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients International business trips Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives
