Job Details An international law firm is seeking a Senior Trust & Estates Associate to join its Private Client & Tax practice. The team advises high-net-worth individuals and families on complex domestic and cross-border matters, including tax, estate planning, and structuring. Key Responsibilities: • Advise clients on estate planning, family office structuring, tax-free reorganizations, M&A, and entity formation • Draft and implement complex trust and transaction documents • Experience with CA income tax, QSBS, or cross-border planning, preferred • Contribute to business development through writing, networking, and event participation Qualifications: • J.D. required; Tax LL.M. a plus • 6–9 years’ experience in a law firm’s tax, trusts & estates, or corporate practice • Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills • California Bar required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
