Trucking Dispatcher (Remote) – Commission-Based + Paid Training

As we expand, we’re looking for an organized, proactive Dispatcher to join our remote team and help keep our Dry Vans, Flatbeds and Box Trucks moving efficiently. What You’ll Do • Book freight loads for drivers via load boards and broker relationships • Manage and monitor loads from pickup to delivery • Maintain strong, professional communication with drivers, brokers, and customers • Focus on exceptional customer service and reliability • Handle updates, check calls, and troubleshoot issues that may arise • Work closely with company leadership to ensure operations run smoothly What We’re Looking For Preferred Experience: • 6+ months of experience dispatching trucks (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.) • Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and broker platforms • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment No Experience? No problem – we offer paid training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
