Role Description The Truck Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of truck services, including management of staff, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring optimal team productivity. Responsibilities include scheduling, communicating operational goals, supervising maintenance procedures, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment. This is a full-time on-site position located in the NorthEast /Atlantic region requiring strong leadership skills and operational expertise. Qualifications • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills • Proficiency in logistics, fleet management, and operational planning • Solid understanding of truck maintenance, repair processes, and safety protocols • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Experience in budgeting, cost management, and resource optimization • Technical knowledge of diesel engines and trucking equipment is preferred • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards • Relevant experience within the transportation or diesel engine industry • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience Apply tot his job
