Truck Dispatcher – Load Booking & Broker Negotiation for Owner-Operators - Contract to Hire
We’re Nick Lester Dispatch LLC, a U.S.-based dispatch company, and we’re hiring experienced truck dispatchers to join our growing team. What You’ll Do Book profitable loads for Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Power-Only. Negotiate with brokers & support drivers daily. Update load details in our CRM (Zoho). What We Provide U.S. phone system (Zoho Voice). Load board access (TruckSmarter, 123Loadboard, etc.). Leads and CRM pipeline. Pay Structure $5/hour base pay +5% of the dispatch fee Example: If a driver makes $1,800 on a load and we receive an 8% dispatch fee ($144) → you earn $7.20 commission (on top of hourly pay). Performance bonuses for strong results. Requirements 1+ year U.S. dispatching experience. Strong broker negotiation skills. Familiar with FMCSA, MC#/DOT, and load boards.
