Truck Dispatcher

Job Title: Freight Dispatcher (Box Truck) – Remote | Commission-Based Job Type: Contract / Remote Pay: 5% commission on all completed loads +Incentive pay for each carrier recruited(Uncapped earning potential based on performance) Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Dispatcher to manage and dispatch box truck drivers. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, sales ability, and excellent time management. The right candidate will play a critical role in keeping trucks moving, maximizing profitability, and supporting driver success. Responsibilities: • Dispatch and manage box truck drivers efficiently • Source and book profitable loads • Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers • Manage all required dispatch paperwork (rate confirmations, BOLs, invoices, etc.) • Track loads and provide real-time updates to drivers • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and shippers • Sales management to maximize revenue per truck • Recruit and onboard new carriers/drivers • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Requirements: • Previous experience in freight dispatching (box truck experience preferred) • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Excellent time management and work ethic • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong communication skills (phone, email, text) • Familiarity with load boards and dispatch tools • Reliable internet connection and computer Why Join Us: • 100% remote position • Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential • Flexible work environment • Opportunity to grow with a developing logistics operation How to Apply: To Apply: Email: [email protected]: Dispatcher send your experience and availability.
