Truck Dispatcher
We are looking for an organized, dependable, and experienced full-time RGN lowboy trailer dispatcher to join our growing team. You'll be the main point of contact between our drivers, customers, and freight brokers - keeping loads moving, solving problems as they come up, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate with brokers on the spot market and coordinate daily schedules for drivers
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day to track progress and handle issues
• Book loads and coordinate with brokers and shippers on pickup and delivery times
• Respond quickly to delays, breakdowns, or last-minute changes
• Handle customer and broker calls and resolve service issues professionally
Qualifications
• Prior dispatching experience required - RGN/lowboy experience strongly preferred
• Strong English communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets)
• Solid knowledge of U.S. geography and routing
