Trial Administration Associate

At PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Trial Administration Associate to join our growing team. This individual will play an integral role in the successful monitoring and management of clinical trials. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in clinical trial operations, the ability to accurately interpret and implement standard operating procedures, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate should be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple assignments. Responsibilities:
Accurately interpret and implement standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Manage and monitor clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring all timelines and budgets are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines for clinical trials.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of clinical trial data.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clinicians, regulatory agencies, and sponsors.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of clinical trial data.
Monitor and manage clinical trial budgets, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Provide status updates on clinical trials to internal and external stakeholders.
