Treasury Management Sales Officer - Florida market area

Crews Bank & Trust is expanding and looking to add Treasury Management Sales Officer to our Florida market area.

The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for driving growth, retention, and profitability of treasury management services. This role focuses on identifying and acquiring new commercial clients, expanding treasury management relationships with existing customers, and delivering tailored treasury management solutions. The Sales Officer partners closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, effective implementation, and high-quality client experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Cultivates relationships with customers and prospects, creating an environment where they feel valued and respected
• Identify, prospect, and convert commercial deposit opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth clients need assessments and recommend appropriate treasury management solutions.
• Develop pricing models and prepare customized proposals aligned with client needs and profitability goals.
• Support industry-specific outreach and recruitment of new clients.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate implementation of treasury management products.
• Deliver product demonstrations and maintain relevant sales and presentation materials.
• Participate in treasury management marketing initiatives and industry events.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to Relationship Managers and internal partners.
• Promote business development by recognizing opportunities and regularly calling on prospects, partnering with Lending and Trust teams when appropriate to expand relationships.
• Performs additional responsibilities as required to support department and organizational objectives

Success Metrics:

Success in this role will be measured by:
• New client acquisition and treasury management product adoption
• Revenue growth from fee-based treasury services
• Timely onboarding, implementation accuracy, and customer satisfaction results
• Effectiveness of internal collaboration and cross-sell activity across business lines

Minimum Skill Requirements and Background:
• Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of treasury management products such as ACH, wire services, remote deposit capture, and online banking
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and implementation timelines simultaneously.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in treasury management, CTP designation preferred, but not required
