Position Treasury Analyst — Remote & Global Disbursements (Nonprofit) Description Do you want to play a central role in delivering the financial support for thousands of community‑led organizations? Global Giving is a nonprofit intermediary that connects donors and nonprofits, offers unique learning opportunities, and provides a suite of fundraising tools and campaigns. We are seeking a thorough, analytical, and motivated Treasury Associate to execute our global disbursement process. This position is responsible for executing the full charitable disbursement cycle that annually sends upwards of $100M via 25,000+ transfers to 5,000+ nonprofits worldwide. This position reports to the Treasury Manager and will help ensure Global Giving’s disbursement processes run smoothly, efficiently, and optimally. This person should have excellent attention to detail and accuracy while also demonstrating clear and effective written communication skills. Primary Responsibilities • Process offline physical and electronic contributions, including tax receipts and acknowledgements • Contribution disbursable value processing • Nonprofit remittance eligibility determination • Provide Tier 1 and 2 customer service, including coordination with external financial service providers • Merchant and bank reconciliations • Fraud detection and credit card dispute resolution • Resolve remittance returns and related processing • Maintain documented procedures • Other financial operation tasks as needed Requirements Required Qualifications For our team to be a great fit for you, the following qualifications should resonate with you • 2+ years of relevant work experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a related concentration • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills • Highly effective organizational and time management skills • Excel experience, SQL knowledge a plus proven ability and willingness to learn technical skills needed to operate at scale is a must • Demonstrated comfort and enthusiasm working in an analytical, fast‑paced environment • Ability to prioritize effectively, managing competing demands according to deadlines, with uncompromising quality • Ability to work resourcefully and collaboratively across units to achieve common goals • A high degree of patience and flexibility • A passionate belief in the mission of Global Giving and a commitment to our core values Salary + Benefits Starting salary range $60,000 to $64,000 Benefits include flexible work hours, remote work options, up to 5 weeks of paid time off per year, professional development opportunities, and a meaningful job where you can go home at night and say, "Today, my work helped more than 700 kids get their essential health and educational needs met."
