The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech services industry and will be responsible for managing all travel and procurement needs for our rapidly expanding team. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of travel and procurement for the organization, ensuring bolthires-effective and efficient operations. • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive bolthires savings and process efficiencies. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the best quality, bolthires, and delivery terms. • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. • Oversee the planning and execution of company events, including conferences, trade shows, and team-building activities.• Implement and manage a comprehensive travel policy to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations. • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and develop strategies to meet them. • Regularly review and analyze procurement and travel data to identify trends, potential bolthires savings, and areas for improvement. • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, resolving any issues or disputes in a timely manner. • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in travel and procurement, implementing relevant changes to our processes and strategies.Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the tech services industry. • Proven experience in procurement, travel management, and event coordination. • Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of securing favorable contracts. • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong understanding of the tech services industry and its unique travel and procurement needs.• Proficiency in procurement and travel management software. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure. • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
