What You’ll Do You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, orchestrating every detail of our job sites to deliver projects that exceed expectations. Lead day-to-day site operations and subcontractors with confidence Ensure every detail aligns with blueprints and client vision Drive excellence in retail, food & beverage, and cold storage projects Conduct site audits and safety checks to keep crews protected Maintain a detailed daily log of visitors, deliveries, and activities Champion a strong safety-first culture and regulatory compliance Requirements Demonstrated success as a Construction Superintendent, with the ability to mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents Hands-on experience leading retail, food & beverage, and cold storage builds Ability to read and interpret blueprints with ease Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communicator and motivator who inspires teams Procore and Bluebeam knowledge Willingness to travel nationwide, with the opportunity to return home every other week Summary At WDS Construction , we believe in rewarding hard work and fueling your journey with a package that truly supports your success.
