You will collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your responsibilities encompass: Providing comprehensive care across all phases, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Planning and coordinating patient care with a focus on assessment, education, triage, and additional nursing interventions. Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act. By utilizing your nursing expertise, you can improve health outcomes and support patients on their journey to wellness. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required; Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. Current unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice; multistate licensure is acceptable in NLC states. Commitment to obtaining and maintaining required department-specific competencies and certifications.
