What This Job Is Really Like
• You'll travel 100% of the time
• New location almost every week across our 24-state network
• Work with a tight-knit crew rebuilding and organizing retail stores
• Physically active work - no sitting behind a desk
• Clear start-to-finish projects you can actually see when you're done
This is a great fit if you:
• Enjoy van life, RV travel, or a mobile lifestyle
• Don't want to be tied to one place
• Like working hard during the day and exploring new areas after hours
• Prefer hands-on work over emails and meetings
If you're looking for routine or a home base...this probably isn't your thing.
What You'll Do
• Travel to store locations weekly (mileage supported)
• Reset store layouts using planograms
• Build fixtures, shelving, and displays
• Install signage, pricing, and product layouts
• Help transform stores into clean, high-performing spaces
• Work directly with store teams and leadership
• Train staff and support team member

• Basic computer skills (we'll train you on what you need)
Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel 100% (overnights required)
• Able to lift 50-85 lbs and stay active throughout the day
