This position involves installing a variety of concrete surface treatments, including proprietary thermoplastic, epoxy, and decorative overlays. You will work closely with the Foreman to ensure smooth and efficient installation at various job sites, helping to create beautiful, durable surfaces for our clients. Responsibilities
• Assist the Foreman on job sites, following their guidance to ensure efficient installation
• Load necessary materials onto the work truck for each day’s tasks
• Drive company vehicles, including vans and trucks pulling trailers or mixers, to job sites
• Operate a variety of power and hand tools, including Hilti, grinders, hammer drills, and quickie saws
• Move materials using mixers and wheelbarrows
• Follow proper procedures when handling chemical agents and pressure washing equipment, ensuring surrounding surfaces are protected
• Protect walking areas with appropriate coverings such as plastic, cardboard, or carpeting
• Prepare surfaces by chipping, scraping, grinding, and priming them for bonding
• Level and smooth materials using a variety of tools, such as rakes, shovels, and trowels
• Maintain a clean and safe work site, ensuring the job area is organized and tidy
• Assist with repairs to any damage caused to the customer’s property
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they’re in top working condition
• Comply with all safety guidelines and company policies
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean daily
• Regularly clean and maintain vehicles

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of operating hand and power tools is required
• Experience with troweling concrete, decorative overlays, terrazzo, or epoxy rock is a plus
